For our client, an international company, we are looking for a HR Director.
Key responsibilities:
* Development and implementation of HR policies and strategies
* Planning, development and implementation of all HR processes with emphasis on recruitment and performance management
* Implementation of innovative recruitment tools and keeping track of new trend in the area of HR
* Being involved in daily HR operations
Requirements:
* University education
* 5 years of practical experience from the area of HR Management or 3 years of experience from international company
* Experience from strategy and operations in the field of HR
* Excellent communication skills
* Advanced English level
* Experience in team leading
* Problem solving skills
