For our client, an international pharmaceutical company, we are looking for experienced professionals.
In this role you will serve as the first point of contact for employees, managers and HR community in multiple countries to create a positive customer experience through problem understanding, communicating promptly on progress and engaging customers with a courteous and professional attitude.
Key responsibilities:
*Provide rapid, hight quality and validated response/support to HR
related queries and requests
*Responsible for case opening and closing
*Maintain HR data via SAP system
*Ensure compliance in line with Data Privacy and Protection guidelines
and other relevant legislation.
*Contribute to Knowledge Base for Czech Republic.
*Contribute to projects in scope for HR Customer Care Team.
Requirements:
* High school education is compulsory min.
* Experience with HR systems (SAP, ERP, HCM) and in call centre is a plus
* Fluent German
* English Upper-intermediate
* Communication and interpersonal skills
