For our significant client, an international company located in Prague, we are seeking for suitable candidates for a role of HR Administrator with English and other language. This is a position for limited period of time - working contract is for 6 months with possibility to extend the contract.
Your new role
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all incoming inquiries, issues and work requests related to standard HR processes and HR transactions, will be manage inquiries and requests to closure, will deliver efficient, effective and timely resolution and manage CRM requests regarding HR transactions. The HR Representative will identify, navigate, research and troubleshoot HR transactional processes related to multiple HR based applications and associated systems as well as perform special projects as assigned and process, verify and maintain documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, absence management etc.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate should have 1 - 3 years previous working experience in HR area or customer service experience within the international company, ideally from SSC environment. He / she should have experience with PeopleSoft. We are looking for someone with strong technical aptitude and problem solving skills, excellent interpersonal skills and who is customer and detail oriented. Fluent English and other language (German, Dutch, French, Polish or Turkish) is a must.
