The person, who will own the end to end success of our business in Czech Republic and Slovakia.

What you'll doDrive Strategy

• Set the vision of the overall strategy from launch to scale; including defining long-term goals and go to market strategies

• Drive growth, profitability and business value

• Activate the Power of IBM engaging Go-To-Market teams, other brands and platforms to gain the maximum value for the client and own business

• Manage competition and threats in the marketplace, with constant evaluation

• Build industry partnerships & relationships to amplify impact

• Create a visible and trustful eminence of iX brand in the market

Deliver Success

• Create iX brand awareness inside IBM building relationships with IBM leadership and brand teams

• Work closely with Go-To-Market/Brands/Platforms teams to pursue leads and provide all the necessary assistance to Partners/Account Executives to qualify and win new business

• Provide expert guidance to all functional areas, including digital strategy, customer experience and product design, engineering & product development

• Ensure rock-solid execution of entire project portfolio managing own P&L and keeping client satisfaction at the high level

• Maximize the value of Prague Studio ensuring its high load and valued outcome

• Proactively mitigate business, operational & governance risks

• Attract, retain & develop diverse world-class talents

• Activate the regional network of IBM Centers of Competence

Desired Qualifications• Solid experience leading and scaling a high growth business/teams in digital industry

• Wide professional and business network in the market

• Relevant technology experience in digital solutions, marketplaces and web-, mobile- platforms

• A proven track record of building successful products and solutions

• An affinity to work with enterprise level customers deepening own and team industry expertise

• Work experience with leading marketing technology and/or digital service agency/providers such as Experian, Sapient Nitro, Delloite Digital is a great plus

• Own eminence at Czech market, participation in professional societies, groups, consortiums is a great plus
