As an internal communications specialist, you’ll bring your writing skills, creative perspective, and attention to detail together to create content that connects, informs, and engages our employees around the globe.
You’ll support messaging from our executive team, employee events and global people initiatives. That means making sure our communications are relevant and timely, interesting, and consistently on-brand. We talk to people like people, so your ability to write clearly, succinctly, and with personality is definitely a plus. A big part of your job will be developing compelling stories about the business with input from our business leaders and figuring out the best way to deliver those stories with impact.
Ultimately, you’ll become responsible for managing our internal newsletter platform and company news blog, working with stakeholders to improve how we use our intranet and other communications tools, and managing work delivered by external suppliers. Day-to-day, you’ll cooperate closely with the HR, central Marketing, and PR teams, as well as develop contacts around the company to support various global and local initiatives.
To be successful, you’ll need to be proactive, have a keen eye for detail, keep yourself (and sometimes others) organized, adapt to changing priorities, and manage projects from start to finish with minimal oversight. Measuring our success is important, so we’re looking for someone who understands what it takes to create impact - and how to measure it.
