Taking care of business customer’s requests in the service desk system
Advising business customers about the use of IT services
Dispatching incidents and supervising follow-up with the necessary feedback to the user
Forwarding more complex problems to second or third-line support
Recording and documenting solutions in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
Requirements:
Minimum secondary education finished by advanced level general certificate of educations
Experience with Windows 7 and Windows 10
Experience with MS Office 2010 and MS Office 2016
Experience with hardware and its modifications
Good communication with people
Communication in the English – written and verbal
Ability to work and cooperate in the international team
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Ability to help people
Ability to travel(time from time into Holland)
