Key Account Manager/Medical Representative (OTC)

For our client, international company, mainly operating in Central Europe and focused on OTC products, we are looking for a Key account manager (with possibility to lead a small team of medical representatives in the future).
- developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients
- sales increase in existing Partners
- expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- search new sales channels
- acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to the leader
- partly resposibilities as medical representative (visiting pharmacies, pediatrists, dermatologists). After a period and when the numbers of partners are developed the visit part will be lower.
Personality requirements and skills:
- experience as Senior medical representative, or KAM, especially work with pharmacies, wholesalers. Acceptable could be experience on some KAM positions in FMCG or cosmetics.
- English - advanced level (B2+), as interviews will be held in English
- living near/in Bratislava
Salary: upon mutual agreement, cca 1500-2000€ + bonuses
