Job Description:
- Create, develop and implement global learning strategies and programs
- Constantly analyze development needs across the organization
- Improve and continuously challenge learning methods
- Lead design and delivery of appropriate training and development interventions for the respective organization(s) – in close cooperation with SrHRBPs and HRBPs
- Maintain existing and develop new relationships with external consultants
- Work closely with internal managers and help them to develop people in their teams
- Bring innovative approach and roll this out globally
- Work with individual and cultural differences in different locations and work closely with the local HR point of contact
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with business leaders and key stakeholders
Requirements:
- 8+ experience as L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
- Experience in project management and budgeting
- Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
- Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
- A passion for adult learning and organizational capability building
- Ability to influence at all levels of the organization is required
- Experience in developing, implementing and improving processes is required
- Experience designing capability strategy and leveraging external best practices and competitive insights in shaping priorities is preferred
- Fluent English, both spoken and written is a must
- BSc/BA in Business, Psychology or a related field, professional certification (e.g. CPLP) is a plus
