Learning & Development Manager

Job Description:

• Create, develop and implement global learning strategies and programs
• Constantly analyze development needs across the organization
• Improve and continuously challenge learning methods
• Lead design and delivery of appropriate training and development interventions for the respective organization(s) – in close cooperation with SrHRBPs and HRBPs
• Maintain existing and develop new relationships with external consultants
• Work closely with internal managers and help them to develop people in their teams
• Bring innovative approach and roll this out globally
• Work with individual and cultural differences in different locations and work closely with the local HR point of contact
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with business leaders and key stakeholders 

Requirements:

• 8+ experience as L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar
• Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
• Experience in project management and budgeting
• Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
• Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
• A passion for adult learning and organizational capability building
• Ability to influence at all levels of the organization is required
• Experience in developing, implementing and improving processes is required
• Experience designing capability strategy and leveraging external best practices and competitive insights in shaping priorities is preferred
• Fluent English, both spoken and written is a must
• BSc/BA in Business, Psychology or a related field, professional certification (e.g. CPLP) is a plus
