The Main Activities And Challenges You Will Experience Are
- Manage deployment of the consumer engagement strategy, event strategy and trade engagement strategy for Czech market
- Closely collaborate with cluster Consumer & Channel Activation team (CZ, SK, HU) and ensure deployment of the centrally created concepts matching market specifics and environment
- Manage planning, development and deployment of the initiatives in close interaction with Commercial planning and other functions
- Lead multi-disciplinary team and cross-functional projects to activate products, new propositions and/or new business models in the appropriate go-to market channels
- Ensure brand activation through hostess force at POS and execution of the events
- Drive online program to ensure consistent proposition story at all consumer touch points
- Manage B2B online platform, design programs to continuously grow the community actively participating in programs and manage the remuneration program for the trade
- Communicate with respective agencies, prepare briefings and guide agency in order to meet required deliverables
- Measure, analyze and report the effectiveness of the consumer and customer activities and provide relevant feedback and develop concrete recommendations on how to evolve and optimize
- Manage the budgets of the entrusted projects in conjunction with the Manager Commercial Deployment
- Ensure expenditures are within established parameters, emphasizing cost efficiencies and guarantee full compliance of all projects and related communication with all relevant legislation and company policies, principles and practices
We are looking for a Manager Consumer & Trade Engagement who
- is passionate for driving consumer and trade engagement
- has experience from Fast Moving Consumer Goods Industry (FMCG) environment (both marketing and trade marketing)
- ideally has experience in community management field including management of website content and loyalty programs
- has an analytical thinking and ability to maximize return of investments
- drives for results and high collaboration spirit
- has excellent English and Czech or Slovak language skills
- has a driving license
University degree in economical field is a must, in marketing field an advantage.
