Market Access Manager

For our client, top pharmaceutical company, we are looking for Market Access Manager.

Major tasks:

  • Supports and co-operates with Market Access Director, Pricing Manager and all BU´s functions concerning P&R processes and business cases.
  • Supports Market Access Director in preparation, negotiation of P& R dossiers with all relevant stakeholders (HICs, MoH).  
  • Prepares and creates access part of the Application Forms; in cooperation with contracted vendors facilitates HO part and RWE data collection.  
  • Cooperates on the development and follow the strategic direction for all product lines of PH to ensure alignment with customer needs, market dynamics, business environment, corporate strategies and financial objectives.  
  • Track pipeline assets and prepares pipeline overview and plans for all product lines of PH.  
  • Represent Market Access and co-operates internally across Company.  
  • In cooperation with Pricing manager track P&R data within EU.
  • Supports Market Access Director in development of P&R strategies.  
  • In cooperation with Pricing Manager track the new regulations regarding P&R - new law and HTA regulations. 

Requirements:

  • More than 3 years' experience in pharmaceutical company or  pharma/HC related institution, experience in analyzing and interpreting market data.  
  • Understanding and knowledge of Slovak reimbursement regulation.  
  • Experience in customer interaction and relationship building and understanding of cross-functional nature of pricing, reimbursement and business implications.  
  • Good English spoken and written.  
  • Good Analytical skills. 
  • Ability to interact and negotiate with customers, contracted vendors and headquarter functions.
  • Good organizational, planning, prioritization & time management.

Place of work: Bratislava

Salary upon mutual agreement - minimal guaranteed salary: 2800€ gross (more senior candidate)
