Your Responsibilities:
- Implement brand strategies locally through executing marketing activities, as agreed in local operational plans, under the guidance of the Central Europe Cluster Manager and in close collaboration with the local Therapy Area Lead
- Support cross-cluster projects and sharing of best practice
Responsibilities
- Support Therapy Area Lead in development and execution of local operational planning by providing marketing input as agreed with Central Europe Cluster Manager
- Measure effectiveness of marketing activities and campaigns through agreed KPIs and insights from the sales teams, manage and track A&P budget
- Responsible for localization and roll out of Cluster campaigns and trainings at cycle meetings as well as event management and interaction with 3rd parties
- Gather and communicate relevant market insights to the cluster manager and local X-functional team
- Opportunity to take responsibility on cluster level projects or initiatives that have impact on a broader market.
Why You?Basic qualifications:
- University Degree (science, medical or commercial area of specialization – preferably pharmacy/bio/medicine/commercial/marketing)
- 4-5 years of experience in the industry required (marketing or product management a benefit)
- MS office literacy
- English fluent
