The MS Dynamics Consultant takes a consultative approach to implement and deliver all range of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 products and services and acts as a trusted technical specialist to support our clients on their digital journeys.

Responsibilities
- Implement customized solutions supporting our client’s transformation-roadmaps.
Depending On Experience And Seniority
- Business Development – be able to shape customer opportunity utilizing MS Dynamics features – CRM, HR and ERP (Dynamics 365 or earlier Dynamics versions such 2016 and 2015).
- Consulting – covering all aspects; including presales and supporting the sales team, product demonstrations, analysis
- Business and process analysis - Provide technical guidance and leadership to the project team regarding technical solution
- Proactively encourage membership and contributions of others to professional community and coach others in areas of expertise
Professional Experience
- Degree in Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of professional experience with a combination of
- Client facing skills
- Places emphasis on client satisfaction
- Self-Starter with ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities
- Solves complex problems with creative solutions
- Thinks clearly and calmly under pressure
- Good communication abilities
- Team player with a positive spirit able to successfully work in a global context
- Fluent in Czech and English as a business language
- Comfortable and capable of driving technical conversations and presentations
- Availability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
- Technical experience with a combination of
- Over 3 years Dynamics CRM consultancy experience
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics CRM 2016/2015
- Experience of providing Pre-Sales Demonstrations
- Experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM/365
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Excellent understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 modules
- Experience with supporting Microsoft products (Office, Azure)
- Ideally Microsoft Certified Professional (MCSA) for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 2017
- Ideally other Enterprise cloud applications knowledge/awareness is nice to have to position MS Dynamics in CRM, HR, ERP market
