Operation Project Manager

For our client, an internatinal production company, we are looking for new colleague to cover the role of Operation Project Manager.

You should enjoy doing the following:

  • Responsible for Operations project planning.
  • Responsible for resource management within own projects and resource coordination with other departments – both short and long term.
  • Active Operations representative in project management meetings.
  • Secure that project is managed by agreed procedure (project checklist, Transfer checklist, customers checklist) and deliver on the targets agreed with the project(s) at the various milestones.
  • Coordinate towards NPI main planning and procurement.
  • Responsible for project budget as defined on CC 1015.
  • Responsible for monitoring and reporting the projects inside the organization. Secure follow up towards gate reporting.
  • Responsible for methods development for transfer and NPI project and ensure future learning’s.
  • Support make/buy decision process.
  • Ensure DFM (Design For Manufacturing) in project.
  • Responsible for material delivery follow up and reporting.
  • Ensure that key component are released and parts are approved by SQC team.

Your job would be harder without having these:

  • Project Management experience, IPMA certified Level C preferred.
  • Commercial or technical background and technical understanding.
  • Cost awareness, TCO (Total Cost of Ownership).
  • Fluent English langue, German optional.
  • Responsible for ensuring a team-based approach through project activities and assessment of technical resources.
  • Ensure motivation in the project group.
  • Good communicator.
  • Shows commitment and is leading example for others.
