Oracle Sales Program Manager – based in Prague

In support of our EMEA Cloud Applications Strategy, we are looking for a  Sales Program Manager who will work cross-functionally to lead critical sales initiatives. Forming a key part of the ECEMEA Apps Sales Programs team, these initiatives will have a significant impact on how Oracle’s customers, and sales teams adopt Oracle Saas products. You will embrace the dynamics strategy of Oracle Digital, collaborate with sellers, and expand the ecosystem to transform how people work. You will be part of the Oracle Digital team- the fast growing, high volume transactional business of Oracle EMEA.

We are seeking a Sales Program Manager to join our team in Prague (Czeck Republic). This role supports sales and focuses on sellers, customers and prospects. You will partner with sales and marketing stakeholders to enable a team Representatives in a high-volume, outbound and digital selling sales environment. We’re looking for someone who has demonstrated success enabling sales teams to lead and develop sales strategies, best practices, training materials & tools and has a strong desire to apply this to a sales organization.

 

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of field marketing and/or business development experience with a technology company - preferably a Cloud software provider. You will be a strategic thinker who requires minimal supervision and have the ability to execute tactically in a metric-driven environment. This role will be responsible for developing and launching and managing sales campaigns and programs. From planning & executing to analyzing & reporting results. You should be an excellent communicator, familiar with online media, entrepreneurial, comfortable working in a dynamic, challenging environment and willing to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is needed to achieve the incredible growth objectives.

 

 

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITITES:

 

  • Responsible for the development and execution of a consolidated demand generation plan to meet defined pipeline generation and revenue targets, taking into account both regional and product priorities in support of the EMEA SaaS Inside Sales strategy and goals;
  • Ensure full engagement of inside sales teams in relevant campaigns via ongoing communication;
    • Activities may include: co-ordination of all contributors to campaign delivery; delivering campaign briefings, continuous improvement in contacts lists and campaign content, reporting on results of campaigns and successes, assessing campaign effectiveness, recommending areas of improvement and innovation.
  • Promoting best use of demand generation tools within sales teams, and sharing of demand generation best practice between countries and teams.
  • Working with EMEA Marketing and sales development teams to identify and create content for relevant and preferred communication channels for customer engagement such as newsletters, emails, landing pads, user forums, blogs, webinars, online advertising, SEO and social media.
  • Analyze pipeline, revenue and other data for business planning and monitoring purposes.
  • Communicate regularly results of campaigns and new initiatives to all stakeholders.

 

 

Desired Skills and Experience

 

  • 4 year degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years marketing/Business development experience, managing the efforts for a B2B IT/Software business.
  • Proven track record of generating positive ROI from efforts.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to track key performance indicators and analyze and report results.
  • Excellent and creative written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work cross functionally and influence without direct authority
  • Passion for social media
  • Arabic language will be a distinct advantage
  • Experience targeting mid-size and enterprise markets will be a distinct advantage
  • fluent English any other language is an advantage
