Hi, my name is Jan and I am working for PM affiliate for more than 10 years. Last 4 years, I was establishing and leading new “shopper-marketing” group (internally often called SHIFT), within the S&D department with the main objective – to develop creative and innovative marketing campaigns for our focus brands with effective visibility at POS (Point of Sale).
We are currently a smaller team and looking forward to welcome new colleague in our Prague office.

You role will be
- Contribute, develop and implement marketing communications campaigns for CZ and SK markets, based on detailed knowledge and understanding of PM strategies, consumer understanding and POS environment expertise.
- Cooperate with local teams and creative agencies in order to prepare the communication campaigns.
- Constant support of project team in the area of awareness, focusing on efficiency of our POSM material at POS, especially in cluttered environment.
- Based on consumer/POS understanding, bring new communication solutions, innovations and supporting team to achieve efficiency during development and production of POSM.
Successful candidate should meet our criteria
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field (knowledge of tobacco POS specifics is a plus)
- Fluent English (min. B2 level) - to be able to communicate with English-speaking colleagues
- Project management skills, priority-setting, broad creative mind, communication skills & influence to build on, team work mindset
- Frequent PC user (Power Point, MS Office, Internet intelligence)
