REICO investiční společnost České spořitelny, a.s. is an investment company managing assets on behalf of ČS nemovitostní fond (ČSNF), which is the largest and oldest Czech real estate open-ended fund. REICO was established in 2006 and is now managing equity in excess of CZK 20 billion which is currently invested in 15 assets across Czech Republic, Poland and Slovakia with an aggregate portfolio value of ca. CZK 25 billion.
Given strong equity inflows, the fund is set for further expansion of its portfolio in the prime segment of the market across all asset classes (office, retail, high street and logistics) and the 4CE countries. To support further growth, we are looking for a new Prague-based project manager to join our asset management team. Job specification
- Running the technical agenda: cooperation on long term technical strategy for individual assets, overseeing technical issues, supervising external project managers, managing purchase approvals and supporting file notes, carrying out technical portfolio analysis and portfolio services cost benchmarks.
- Budgeting and reporting: support Head of AMT with reviewing monthly property reports, measuring and monitoring asset technical conditions. Support Head of AMT with summarizing data for quarterly portfolio reports.
- Taking part on decision making: analyzing information received from property & facility & project managers, substantiating and proposing decisions to be taken by the Head of Asset Management (Technical) or directly by the Board of Directors.
- Representing in-house technical know-how: support Head of AMT with setting long term technical strategies for fund’s assets.
- General administrative support: Processing administration using company’s software, keeping evidence and archiving outdated documents.
What we expect
- Sufficient technical and operational understanding of commercial property;
- Experience preferably in civil engineering or facility management;
- Genuine team player able to work independently and make or propose decisions;
- Strong communication, co-ordination and analytical skills;
- Experienced PC user, fluency in MS applications (WORD, EXCEL, POWER POINT);
- Advanced English skills (written and oral), native Czech or Slovak language;
