Novartis is currently recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator to join the Talent Acquisition and Staffing team.


Job Purpose
Administration support to the Talent Acquisition team.
Key Responsibilities

  • Administration support for the Talent Acquisition team which includes offer letter preparation, management of pre-employment checks and travel expenses.
  • Management and tracking of Talent Acquisition PO’s.
  • Management Information reporting as required.
  • Ensure adherence to company compliance and data protection standards.
  • Provide support in recruitment, interview scheduling, assessment centres and general onboarding training for TAS teams as and when required.
  • Provide cover for other site Administrators as required.
  • Organise and coordinate customer visits and other events as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum requirements The ideal candidate will have
  • Commercial training e.g. other vocational qualification, but must have excellent administrative skills/experience
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
  • The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong depth of experience in providing administrative support.

  • Must have strong presentation skills.
  • Minimum Leaving cert or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.) Windows 7 desirable.
