SCOPE OF WORK
- Concept and circuit design, simulation, layout, test and integration of novel RF circuits and systems operating at frequency bands from HF/VHF up to mm-wave
- Interaction with company senior scientists from diverse fields and providing RF support and expertise to various advanced technology projects
- Technical level interaction with customers and suppliers, presenting work outcome to internal and external customers in the form of scientific/technical reports (in English language) and during face-to-face meetings
- Technical management of small to medium-scale research projects
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with design, simulation and layout of linear and nonlinear RF circuits (high-power amplifiers, LNAs, diplexers,
filters)
- Knowledge of RF/MW design tools such as AWR (preferred), ADS, Cadence etc.
- Familiarity with 2.5-D or 3-D electromagnetic simulation tools such as AXIEM, Momentum, HFSS etc.
- Experience with Matlab and basic digital signal processing in aid of RF circuit impairments
- University degree in a relevant field
