We are looking for a talented, experienced, team and bussiness oriented Sales Manager for our client, an international company focused OTC products (area of pediatry and dermatology, dermatocosmetics)

As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Setting up and developing the company’s activity in the country
  • Maintaining existing and growing potential key customer base
  • Identifying new market opportunities regarding portfolio, customer and competition
  • Responsible for Key Partners like: wholesalers +Pharmacy Chains (75% of effort), FMCG+online partners (25%), keeping contact with partners, organize activity (list in, sell in-out campaign, Stock up, …)
  • Responsible to follow up the registration process by keeping touch with outsourced office, developing the marketing materials (leaflet, web, advertisement)
  • Developing and improving continuously the sales strategy, based on market needs and trade structure
  • Monitoring the product and service quality, customer satisfaction and profitability
  • Increasing the sales and turnover, along with the brand awareness
  • Following up the sales from the contract up to the delivery and post-sales activities to the satisfaction of the customer
  • Supporting the marketing, branding and awareness of products and services
  • Monitoring the product and service quality, customer satisfaction and profitability (analysis and benchmarking)
  • Developing the sales team (5 medreps) - Double visits, sales meeting, coaching, training, setting the goal for them, control, evaluate….

The position is is based in Prague and involves travelling in the country.

Required education, experiences, skills and personal character:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree.
  • Fluent English (oral and written) is needed
  • Proven experience in sales management on the level of the sales manager/area sales manager OR  Key account manager with ambitions to professionaly grow and with potential to lead a team
  • Experience in working for pharmaceutical or medical companies or FMCG or cosmetics
  • Experience with sales reporting systems, budget planning and of defining sales process step by step.
  • Team leader with strong motivation skills and people management.
