Czech originated start-up with fully established legal entity in Slovakia that provides IT Contracting & Outsourcing Services for established corporate clients, particularly for Banking, Insurance, TELCO, Utility and IT Solution Providers.

 

Position:

The company offers an opportunity for a qualified and self-motivated professional in the capacity of

Sales Manager Czech and Slovak Republic

who will take over all Sales and Business Development activities in the Czech and Slovak legal entities. The Senior Management Role with P&L responsibility is suitable for an open minded expert, self-starter and decision taker, who is able to initiate and manage changes, think outside the box and be partner to stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities:

· To accept responsibility for achieving sales targets, operational and financial business results including P&L.

· To recruit, lead, manage, motivate, support and coach staff of the mission-critical organization unit. This includes formulating strategy, setting up realistic and achievable budgets and monitoring performance.

· To enhance the company’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

· To develop the company’s relationship with all its customers and other stakeholders ensuring that this is maintained at the highest standard.

· To propose potential business deals by contacting potential customers and partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.

· To screen potential business deals, their requirements, potential, and financials.

· To use an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business.

· To evaluate options and resolve internal priorities.

· To close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations and resource capacities.

· To co-operate with and maximize synergies with the mother company and other affiliations.

 

Requirements:

· Degree level or equivalent.

· ICT & Business Development/Sales (B2B services) professional experience and qualification (5+ years as a minimum) is a MUST.

· Successful previous experience as a sales manager or equivalent position (ICT services, consistently meeting or exceeding targets).

· Strong ICT services market knowledge and industry expertise.

· Experience of fast business environment in start-up organizations and/or SMEs is an important advantage.

· Professional command of English.
