Description of Tasks:
- Monitor team KPIs and perform improvement actions.
- Ensure the feedback from SAP Support Specialists is provided on timely manner.
- Validate solution design & effort estimations for SAP change requests
- Verify solution design documentation for SAP change requests.
- Review utilization and re-balance workload within domain
- Decide on capacity allocation for SAP change requests
- Identify problems, trigger RCA and validate corrective actions.
- Align with key users, local BAs and Functional Experts on SAP change request specifications
- Assist with BRD completion to ensure it is clear and understandable for implementation
- Identify priority and implementation deadline for SAP change requests
- Validate compliance of SAP change request with business process template
- Evaluate feasibility of change request implementation (challenge solution and implementation)
- Evaluate an impact of SAP change request implementation on other sites
- Specify regression test requirements
- Confirm and communicate effort estimations for SAP change requests
- Provide delivery dates for SAP change requests
- Provide high-level estimation for new change requests in Draft
- Complete Change Request Forms for small project change requests
Work Location: Working from Bratislava with support team
Traveling Required: Yes, Ad-hoc travel onsite (EU, US client locations)
Home Office Possible: Partially /ad-hoc as needed
Skills: SAP Finance business analyst - SAP FI/CO
Years of Experience: 5+
Industry (if needed): Manufacturing (advantage)
Languages Skills Required except EN - English mandatory, advantage is French, German
