Required Professional and Technical Expertise:

• English: Fluent
• Czech: Fluent
• Teamwork, Adaptability, Listening, High Integrity & work ethic, Communication, Positive demeanor
• Information Security Management Principles - A fundamental understanding of ISMS Principles is expected covering an understanding Disaster Recovery, Access Controls, Authentication, Audit, Governance, Risk Management, Security Architecture, Systems Development.
• Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) - The ability to create high quality documentation such as Presentations, Risk Assessments, Reports and completing metrics and spreadsheets.
• IT Systems - A fundamental understanding of IT Systems and Services covering Virtualisation, Mainframes, Cloud Services, Hosting Services, Desktop.
• Systems Development - A fundamental understanding of IT Systems Development.
• Networking Technologies - An understanding of the fundamentals of IT networking technologies, the basic building blocks used and how they support a secure architecture.

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise:

The roles call for a proven record in the IT Industry with some experience in one or more areas of IT Security as:

• Information Security Management (i.e. CISSP, CISM, CISA)
• Advise and define organizations Security Strategy and Transformation
• Risk Management and Technical Risk Assessment (i.e. ISO27005 Tools and techniques)
• Information Security Management Systems (i.e. ISO27001/ISO27002)
• Programme and Project Governance/Management (i.e. Prince)
• Audit and Compliance Assessments (i.e. SOX, PCI-DSS, SCADA)
• CLAS Consultant / CESG Certified Professional (CCP)
• Data Privacy
• The ability to advise on Security and Privacy, with an understanding of the impact of Local and EU privacy laws

Required Education: Bachelor's Degree

Eligibility Requirements:Ambition is a key characteristic here.

Ideally, the Specialist position will be filled by someone with some of the following skills in addition to the ones listed above:

• Financial systems / payment systems
• Implementation of single sign-on
• Cloud Security
• Mobile security
• Risk assessment

Projects are based across Czech Republic and could be also across Central and Easter Europe often on client premises, so the ability and willingness to travel is an essential requirement.
