Security Manager

Our client-Distinguished Production Company highly recognized for its innovative approach and state-of-the art products operating on extremely competitive market is looking for a Senior Security Manager (fluent in Czech/Slovak and English is a must).
To develop, implement and enforce security methodologies, policies and procedures in order to ensure that consistent approach is adopted throughout the Company.
To identify, evaluate and control potential hazards to people, information and property and make recommendations on how to avoid them.
To conduct regular assessments of the effectiveness of policies and procedures and strive for continuous improvement through monitoring, inspecting and auditing of business processes.
Keep abreast of the latest methods of crime, as well as latest methods of detection and the minimization of its impact.
To lead the direction of ensuring all company employees, tangible assets, information, data, processes and products are secure:
- Personal Security (all aspects, incl. executive protection, off-the-job security, security while travelling, employee/customer events protection).
- Information security incl.:
- cybersecurity,
- developing and supporting security and fraud/risk management initiatives,
- planning and implementation of information and business operation defense against security breaches and vulnerability issues,
- investigation of information security related incidents and near-misses,
- taking measures to prevent unauthorized duplication of copyrighted materials.
- Physical security (all aspects, specifically protecting Company brands, unfinished products, prototypes, R&D processes and procedures).
To collaborate with different internal stakeholders (incl. those at parent and related companies) on developing the governance and controls needed to incorporate security through the entire lifecycle of products, in the Czech Republic and abroad.
To provide full assistance and expert support to other departments (esp. but limited to research & development, production, ICT, marketing, sales, public relation and HR) on all security and loss prevention matters.
To interact with external stakeholders (liaison) such as government authorities and law enforcement agencies in the Czech Republic and abroad.
To lead and manage the team of 50+ employees and subcontractors. To travel within and outside EU.
