Our client is a reputable international company operating in Medical Devices, offices are located at metro Pankrac
JOB ROLE:
- To process approved suppliers invoices,
- to ensure that all purchase invoices adhere to the company purchasing processes and guidelines before process is processed,
- to review the list of outstanding purchase orders to be receipted/matched to invoices,
- to perform suppliers account reconciliations,
- to handle all supplier related queries (internal/external) and perform follow up action,
- to ensure that all pre-agreed reporting deadlines are met,
- to ensure that documentation and filling is completed.
WE REQUIRE:
- Preferably min. Bachelor degree in finance/accounting,
- min 2 years experience in AP or invoicing,
- experience with SAP,
- good basic knowledge of accounting,
- advanced English + Czech,
- strong analytical and organisational skills,
- proactiveness, sense for detail.
