About our client:
Our client is traditional and industry leading company in the Czech Republic. They have a strong focus on both commercial and military projects.
As the Program Manager you will be responsible for a managing a complex project, with many people involved as well as a wide range of international suppliers. You will report directly to the VP of the division and whilst you’ll have no direct subordinates you’ll be in charge of managing the Manufacturing, Communication, Quality and Process teams in order to achieve objectives with time constraints.
Tasks:
• Fully responsible for execution of a program delivery schedule on time, budget and quality;
• Management of a matrix-type Integrated Program Team across the organization;
• Effective planning and utilization of all technical, human and financial resources necessary to meet the program goals;
• Unique interface with customers and responsibility for execution of the contractual terms;
• Precise reporting activities.
Requirements:
• Master degree in economics or engineering;
• Must have a minimum 5 years experience in managing significant programs in an international environment;
• Able to communicate well in Czech and English;
• Preferred sectors: Aerospace, armory equipment, train industry, boats production, bigger agriculture machines, machinery;
• Sound knowledge of MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint;
• Prepared to work in an environment under constant change;
• Ability to think out-side of the box and challenge existing designs;
• Critical thinking and creative problem solving skills combined with sound judgment;
• Fact-based problem solving;
• Innovative.
