Would you like to design enterprise workflow solutions for the world’s biggest companies, for airports, banks or car manufacturers? Do you enjoy pre-sales and post-sales activities? Do you have programming and scripting skills? Then let´s have a talk about that.

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

Following the initial sales contact, our solution architects support the sales team in pre-sales, sales and post-sales activities. Your main role is to perform technical consultations and support business.
Solution architects are in everyday contact with our partners and customers. You will collect all the necessary technical information from the customer and transform it into a technical project for our enterprise workflow solutions.
As a solution architect you will participate in customization development, troubleshooting, acceptance criteria, documentation and recovery scenarios related to our products.
You will be a member of the group which consults or improves the product. You will transfer your experience of the customer environment back to the product.
Solution architects provide complex consultations to internal departments (R&D, Customer Support Services, Sales, Education for example).
You will be responsible mainly for the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region, but you will also be required to work on our global deals.
You will stay up-to-date with the latest YSoft SafeQ product knowledge.
Solution architects provide training for partners.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in solution design
University graduate preferred
Business and sales oriented individual with an IT background
Experience with scripting and SW development (Java/ .NET/ Python/ Perl/ Windows/ PowerShell)
Excellent written and spoken English (ability to complete all project documentation, presales conference calls)
International experience within a company operating in the EMEA region
Be open and able to cooperate
Self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to work both independently and in a team
High level of analytical skills
Willing to travel (within the EMEA region, up to 1 week/quarter), active driver
