For our client, international pharmaceutical company, cooperating with global partners, we are looking for experienced Strategic analyst with fluent English. If you have worked in the field of global market analyses, investments analyses, due dilligence and similar, this opportunity could be interesting step in your career.
Place of work: Bratislava (preferably), or Praha (for Czech candidates)
Position Summary:
The Analyst will be responsible for researching and synthesizing market and industry related data into strategic insights and helping to develop recommendations for the company’s senior management. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and detail-oriented team player interested in translating market data/knowledge into transformative business strategy decisions.
Essential Functions:
• Provide analysis, insights and recommendations to support critical decision-making across the organization.
o Market research, customer analysis
o Business intelligence gathering
o Analysis of competition
o Technology trends analysis
• Monitor and maintain industry/market databases ensuring correct and up-to-date information
• Provide analytical support by creating and maintaining relevant financial models.

Personality requirements and skills
• Analytic experience in industry, consulting, equity research or investment banking (knowledge of pharmaceutical market is not necessary)
• Strong ability to understand data, understand business needs, ability to gain market overview
• Strong analytical skills
• Fluent English (near to expert level - daily usage of English; ability to write, speak, persuade, present in English)
• Fluent Slovak OR Czech language (C1, C2 level)
• Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a time-sensitive environment.
• Excellent PC skills; advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint a must.
