T&E Specialist

Are you speaking Italian/ French/ Spanish/ Portuguese/ Hungarian or Polish and do you live in Prague?
For our client, an international pharmaceutical company, we are looking for several experienced professionals with these language abilities.
Key responsibilities:
- Execute T&E (travel and expensis) handling process (compliance check, posting, accruals, BSR, payment)
- Activities for assigned markets in the EU FSC scope
- Monthly newsletter preparation/distribution
- Daily communication with your colegues in abroad
Requirements:
- High school/ college education
- Czech language is nice to have
- English + one of these languages is must:
Italian/ French/ Spanish/ Portuguese/ Hungarian or Polish
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player, able to manage priorities
- IT knowleges: user level
