ExxonMobil is offering an interesting and challenging opportunity to become one of their In-House Recruiters, joining an existing Recruitment Centre of Expertise team based in Prague - Czech Republic - Europe, supporting internal clients in the Company’s affiliates in various European countries.

The European Talent Sourcer is an exciting role with a remit to source, attract and hire highly qualified candidates in line with the Company’s recruiting strategies. You will become a trusted member to our team of recruiters and will support them in delivering a quality recruitment service to internal clients.

Job Role Responsibilities

YOU WILL

  • Closely work with in-house recruitment advisors as well as internal clients meeting their recruitment needs in an effective, timely and cost efficient manner.
  • Develop impactful candidate sourcing strategies.
  • Market vacancies to maximise the attraction of direct applicants, utilising all appropriate channels including: company website; job boards; social media; and recruitment agencies where applicable.
  • Actively source candidates across different disciplines varying from commercial roles, customer services roles, engineering roles to technical manufacturing roles.
  • Ensure that all recruitment processes are designed and run in a manner that meet ExxonMobil’s equal opportunities, legislative compliance and health and safety expectations.
  • Provide candidates with feedback and support throughout the recruitment process, including making verbal offers to successful candidates.
  • Maintain a good awareness of market trends, feeding back to peers within the Centre of Expertise and actively supporting recruitment initiatives and projects.
  • Identify and implement improvements to recruitment processes and innovative disruptive recruitment approaches.
  • Cooperate and collaborate with recruitment colleagues from across Europe and from the rest of the globe in a virtual setting (video-conferencing) as well as face to face.

Expected Level of Proficiency

  • Excellent English language communication skills (business, oral and written).
  • Additional European languages are benefitial.
  • Relevant recruitment experience from an in-house, outsourced or agency environment including: independent attraction; proactive sourcing; employer branding & marketing; screening skills; and knowledge of hiring processes.
  • Enthusiasm to work in a large multination company with a multicultural environment.
  • Ability to balance strategic and operational aspects of role.
  • Experience of working in applicant tracking systems.
  • A broad range of personal effectiveness and leadership skills, with the ability to facilitate and influence business decisions in a team environment.
  • Flexibility for business travels and flexibility in working times during peak periods.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience using various social media platforms for business (recruitment) purposes.
