We seek for a new colleague who will participate on providing the best support in the market to Y Soft partners and customers via Service Desk, phone calls, remote assistance and directly on-site. Someone who will ensure know-how transfer to partner’s representatives via on-site or online training. We look for a person who will implement and demonstrate YSoft solutions to partners and end customers.

Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Provides technical pre-sales & post-sales consultations for our printing solution software and hardware, assemblies and connections at customer and partner site
  • Delivers implementations, upgrades and configurations of YSoft products
  • Provides 2nd and 3rd level technical support (ServiceDesk, phone calls, on-site or remote support) to YSoft product portfolio
  • Troubleshoots incidents and provides problem analysis and software testing
  • Cooperates with sales & development teams on daily basis
  • Builds and sustains a relationship as the primary technical contact for partners
  • Delivers technical training and presentations to partners, end customers, internal teams
  • Delivers the highest level of satisfaction with the services offered by the company
  • Participates on the internal projects and strategic department activities aligned with the company business goals and tactics

Requirements

  • At least 2 year of experience in IT services
  • Native English
  • Customer oriented, independent and with ability to deliver easy-to-follow solutions
  • Skills to prepare and provide technical training and presentation
  • Experience with technical documents writing
  • Working experience with operating systems and networks (Windows, Windows Servers, TCP/IP, SQL etc.)
  • Knowledge of Linux, Unix, MacOS is an advantage
  • Basics of programming welcomed (JAVA, scripting, Python)
  • Proactive understanding of partner/customer’s needs and delivery of satisfactory services/solutions
  • Very good communication skills, analytical thinking
  • Willingness to travel, full UK driving license
