REED is seeking technically oriented candidates who would like to get an opportunity to grow to other areas of IT in an international IT company. This is not a typical technical support role where you would be resetting someone's password or setting up a printer every day, the same problem will appear once or twice a year so it is not a repetitive job.

The ideal candidate is an IT graduate or someone who has been doing technical support and programs and educates himself/herself in IT in his free time and feels his current role is not challenging enough for him/her. 

Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support to end-users and colleagues from other branches
* Analyse, understand and verify reported incidents/requirements
* Suggest a technical solution, prepare documentation for the development team to implement the repairs
* Coordinate steps which would lead to a faster solution and client satisfaction
* Everyday communication in Spanish in both written and spoken form (help desk system, Skype, telephone, email, remote administration tools)

Requirements:
* Great communication skills
* Good knowledge of English and Spanish both written and spoken (B2/C1)
* Tech support experience or knowledge of IT technologies
* Certain knowledge of databases and programming 
* Ability to work independently
* Ability to prioritize
* Willingness to learn new things
