The main activities and challenges

 

  • Primarily contribute to the B2B online platform content development and deployment
  • Ensure that all the necessary content pieces that can drives affiliate’s business objectives are produced or adapted to the different audiences interests and needs
  • Close collaboration with cluster Trade Engagement team on cluster level (CZ, SK, HU) and with market Chief Editor.
  • Deployment of the centrally created concepts to match market specifics and environment
  • Ensure development and deployment of the local relevant content
  • Communicate with respective agencies, prepare briefings and guide agency in order to meet required deliverables
  • Making sure site content is kept up to date and governance around site process and controls for publication
  • Support planning and development & ensures implementation of strategic and tactical trade engagement online programs in order to drive growth of PM Brands.
  • Support execution of the programs to continuously grow the community actively participating in online platform

     

  • Achieve long term and preferred partnership with key clients and maximize ROI
  • Manage the budgets of the entrusted projects in conjunction with the Manager Commercial Deployment. Ensure expenditures are within established parameters, emphasizing cost efficiencies and guarantee full compliance of all projects and related communication with all relevant legislation and company policies, principles and practices

     

We are looking for a candidate with following characteristics

 

  • University degree is a must
  • Excellent English and Czech or Slovak language skills
  • 3+ years of experience from FMCG environment (Key Account or similar commercial position, trade marketing would be an advantage)
  • Experience in community management, management or co-creation of website content, customer loyalty program, B2B platform
  • Experience from a digital role (working experience preferably or strong academic background)
  • Passionate for creating Loyalty programs for our key customers
  • Quick learner with excellent attention to detail, creative thinking and clear drive for results
  • High collaboration spirit with a passion for sharing/implementation of best practice
  • Ability to maximize return of investments
  • Driving license
