Video Content Coordinator

We are looking for a creative but also highly organised thinker who will be managing all video materials that will be produced and distributed by Avon. This person will create overall video content strategy and coordinate its execution on daily basis. He/she will be also supervising the entire start-to-finish production process of all videos, including creating scripts, organising shootings, cooperating with film crews, etc.
What will be your core responsibilities on position Video Content Coordinator?
• Creating and executing video content strategy
• Organizing and supervising production of videos
• Ensuring that productions run smoothly, meet deadlines and stay within budgets
• Working closely with production and post production vendors
• Constantly searching for newest market trends
What do we expect from our new colleague?
• High school/University degree (preferably film school) / can be student of film school
• Experience in making videos, organising shooting sessions
• Knowledge of the current market trends and requirements within video content
• Excellent organisational skills
• A quality list of production contacts (equipment, crew, post production, etc.)
• A good eye for visuals
• Proficiency in Photoshop, In Design and Final Cut/Premiere Pro
• A good understanding of content marketing (or passion to learn)
